  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product purchased is appropriate for your system, installation site, and local code requirements.

3. No Installation or On-Site Services

HVAC PRO SALES is an online supplier of equipment, parts, and accessories only. We do not:

  • Provide installation, start-up, commissioning, or maintenance services;
  • Act as the installing contractor or supervise job-site work;
  • Assume responsibility for any work performed by third-party contractors or installers.

All HVAC installations must be performed by licensed and qualified professionals where required by law. Improper installation can cause equipment damage, personal injury, property damage, and may void manufacturer warranties. You are solely responsible for selecting and contracting with installers or service providers.

4. Product Information, Availability & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the Website is error-free, complete, or current.

8. OEM, Replacement & Aftermarket Parts; Compatibility
