This MRCOOL DIY Quick-Connect line set is pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant, eliminating the need for a licensed HVAC technician to charge the system. Simply connect the fittings and your system is ready to run. Each line set is designed specifically for MRCOOL DIY 5th Gen systems and is available in multiple lengths to accommodate any installation layout.

Installation & Product Tips
- One Line Set Per Zone: Each indoor air handler requires its own dedicated line set. Do not share line sets between units.
- No Cutting Required: MRCOOL Quick-Connect line sets are pre-charged and sealed. Do not cut, splice, or modify the line set — this will void the warranty.
- Minimum Bend Radius: Maintain a minimum bend radius of 6 inches when routing the line set through walls or around corners to prevent kinking.
- Length Selection: Measure the actual routing distance (not straight-line distance) before ordering. Add 10% for bends and routing adjustments.
- Protection: Use LineGuard line set covers (sold separately) to protect exposed line sets from UV damage and physical impact.
